The original certificates will be distributed as per the following schedule to the graduated students of 8th convocation 2018.

Requirements for receiving original certificate:

1. Producing the receipt of the return of convocation materials i.e. gown, cap and hood. (Please collect the receipt from your department).
2. Must return provisional certificate if issued earlier.
3. If you are not issued provisional certificate & transcript earlier, you must fill up the application form available at the respective department or download the form from the link http://www.uap-bd.edu/services/f5.pdf
4. Those who have applied for provisional certificates and transcripts must return their receipts and ID cards.

NB: From 24th May, 2018 original certificates can be collected from Office of the Controller of Examinations between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM up to Eid-Ul-Fitr. After Eid-Ul-Fitr distribution time will be from 3.30: PM to 5.00 PM.
