NOTICE

All UAP students graduating at the 11^thConvocation are advised to collect their costumes and souvenirs from their respective departments between July 21, 2025 (Monday) and July 25, 2025 (Friday), from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM .

Graduates must return the convocation costumes (gowns and hoods only) to their respective departments during the office hours between August 2, 2025 (Saturday) and August 7, 2025 (Thursday), except on August 5, 2025 (Tuesday). Returns must be made without fail within this period.

Students who wish to keep the convocation costumes and do not return those within the specified timeframe will forfeit their caution money.
