Revised Notice

All students graduating at the 11TH Convocation of University of Asia Pacific are hereby informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, convocation costumes and souvenirs must be collected from their respective departments from July 22, 2025 (Tuesday) to July 25, 2025 (Friday), from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please disregard the previous notice regarding the collection schedule as previously announced.

Graduates must return their convocation costumes (gowns and hoods only) to their respective departments during office hours from August 2, 2025 (Saturday) to August 7, 2025 (Thursday), excluding August 5, 2025 (Tuesday), due to government holiday.

Please note that failure to return the convocation costume within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the caution money or a penalty of BDT 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Taka Only). Graduates who wish to retain the costume will also forfeit their caution money.
