UAP Club Fair Fall 2025 organized by DSW

The Directorate of Students’ Welfare (DSW) at the University of Asia Pacific (UAP) successfully organized the UAP Club Fair Fall 2025 on April 9, 2026, at the UAP Plaza.

A total of fifteen central clubs, along with the Social Counseling Center under DSW, participated in the event with great enthusiasm. The fair was formally inaugurated by Dr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Bhuiyan, Acting Vice Chancellor of UAP. The inauguration ceremony was also graced by distinguished guests including Prof. Dr. G. R. Ahmed Jamal, Dean, School of Engineering; Prof. Dr. Alok Kumar Saha, Proctor, UAP; and Dr. Shah Murtaza Rashid Al Masud, Professor and Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

Throughout the day, participating clubs and the Counseling Center showcased their activities, missions, and achievements through a variety of stage performances and interactive sessions. These engaging initiatives created a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, offering students the opportunity to explore different clubs while enjoying diverse cultural presentations. The stalls were also formally visited by Dr. M. Alauddin, Former Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Alamzeb Farjad Ahmed, Senior Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

The program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony graced by the Honorable Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mr. K. M. Mozibul Hoque. Among the distinguished attendees were Prof. Dr. Sheikh Anwar Hossain, Treasurer; Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC; and the Deans of various schools. The Chairman appreciated the active participation of students and encouraged them to engage in extracurricular activities for their holistic development.

The entire event was conducted under the guidance of Mr. Mohammad Rakiv, Acting Director of the Directorate of Students’ Welfare (DSW), ensuring smooth coordination and the successful execution of the fair.

The UAP Club Fair Fall 2025 served as a dynamic platform for celebrating student creativity and talent, while reaffirming the university’s commitment to fostering leadership, teamwork, and community engagement among its students.
