Prof. Dr. Tanveer Ferdous Saeed Ranked Among World’s Top 2% Scientists

Prof. Dr. Tanveer Ferdous Saeed, Professor of Civil Engineering and Director of the Institute for Research and Innovation Development (IRID), University of Asia Pacific (UAP), has once again been ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide in the Stanford University–Elsevier 2025 list.

Dr. Saeed, who has also appeared in the ranking in previous years, expressed that this year’s recognition is especially significant, as most of his impactful research has been conducted at UAP while serving as Director of IRID. He also highlighted the inclusion of former UAP faculty member, Dr. Shafiul Alam of the EEE Department, in the prestigious list.

This international acknowledgment not only celebrates Dr. Saeed’s research excellence but also enhances the global reputation of UAP as a center for innovation and scholarly contribution.
