All concerned students (Undergraduate, Spring 2019) will have to fill up the faculty performance evaluation form using automation software from 06 August, 2019 to 20 August, 2019. If any student fails to fill up the said form in automation software, no admit card will be issued.

Now, students can print their admit cards from their portal. For any problem, he/she is advised to contact with the concerned DAO. Students are instructed to follow the given guideline to access their portal. For further assistance, students are requested to contact concern Departmental Administrative Officer. For emergency backup facility, concerned departments are requested to arrange printing facility for the students for this purpose.

(To retrieve/reset your password, use “Forgot Password”)

Step 3: After successfully login to your portal click on the menu “Evaluation Form”

Step 4: Fill up the form for your enrolled courses. (You can get help from evaluation tutorial)

Step 5: And then submit.
