	Registration and Tuition Fee

	------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Undergraduate Course Registration ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Registration and Tuition Fee Payment Procedure Students are expected to clear all dues before the start of an academic semester. However, on compassionate ground, a student could opt for paying the dues in 3 (three) installments. The week preceding the start of the Academic Program will be observed as ‘Registration Week’. All students, other than those seeking new admission, will be required to get themselves registered during the Registration Week by either paying full semester fee or paying minimum Tk.25,000 as Registration Fee, if opted for paying in 3 installments. Names of the students failing to register within that week will not be entered in the Attendance Register and will not be allowed to attend the class. All newly admitted civil engineering students, will make either full payment at the time of admission, or if one opts for payment by 3 installments will pay Tk. 41,500 (Taka forty one thousand five hundred only) as the Admission Fee, Registration Fee and other Charges at the time of admission. Students who opt to pay the dues in 3 installments will pay the dues as follows: i. Registration Fee (Tk. 25,000) during the Registration Week and before the start of the classes. ii. 50% of the Tuition Fee to be paid 1 week before the start of the Mid-term Exam to be notified by the Registrar. iii. 50% of the Tuition Fee to be paid by the last day of the class before the Final Exam. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Postgraduation/MCE/M.Eng Course Registration ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Registration and Tuition Fee Payment Procedure Students are expected to pay all dues before the start of an academic semester as per the prescribed schedule decided by the Registrar.
