DBA Hosts Business Idea Exhibition, Showcasing Young Entrepreneurs’ Creativity

The Department of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Asia Pacific (UAP) hosted a vibrant Business Idea Exhibition today at the Annex Campus, Level 4 Lobby 1. The event brought together students and faculty to witness seven dynamic teams of 7th and 8th Semester compete by presenting innovative business concepts that reflected creativity and entrepreneurial potential.

The exhibition was graced by the esteemed presence of Prof. Dr. Baqui Khalily, Dean of the School of Business, and Mr. Sarwar Razzaq Chowdhury, Head of the Department of Business Administration. Faculty members from the department were also present, lending their support and encouragement to the participants. After an engaging showcase of ideas, EcoFab emerged as the champion, impressing the judges with their sustainable fabric innovation. Their concept focused on producing eco-friendly textiles that balance sustainability with affordability, earning widespread praise.

The first runners-up, Organic Paws, captivated the audience with their unique approach to organic pet care products, combining market feasibility with empathy for animals. Re-wear Dreams, the second runners-up, stood out for their creative initiative in upcycling clothing, promoting sustainable practices within the fashion industry. The event provided a dynamic platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to tackle contemporary challenges through innovative ideas. Faculty, students, and guests applauded the participants for their thorough research, compelling presentations, and forward-thinking solutions.

This exhibition not only highlighted the entrepreneurial talent within the Department of Business Administration but also served as an inspiration for future business leaders to bring their ideas to life.
