Team UAP Qualified for the 20th KK Luthra Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2024

Team UAP from the Department of Law and Human Rights got the chance to represent Bangladesh in the 20th KK Luthra Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2024. The oral round of the Competition will be held on March 15–17, 2024, at the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, India.

Among the 155 best law schools in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the United Kingdom, UAP team has secured its position in the memorial round of the 20th KK Luthra Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2024.

The team consists of Fouzia Fariha, Zannatun Sharaban Tahura, Md. Harisur Rohoman, and Emon Kumar Shaha. Farzana Akther, Lecturer, Department of Law and Human Rights, UAP is the coach of the team.

This prestigious competition is the only exclusive International Criminal Law Moot Court held in India. Since 2005, the competition has been held annually at the Campus Law Center premises in the memory of the late Sh. K. K. Luthra, Senior Advocate, an eminent criminal lawyer.
