UAP English Department Hosts Certificate Ceremony for Collaborative Feature Writing Workshop with Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia

On January 31, 2023, the University of Asia Pacific's Department of English organized a ceremony to present certificates for the 'Feature Writing Workshop' in the auditorium.

This event marked the department's second collaboration with Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia. This 32-hour-long workshop was conducted in June 2022 via Zoom. The faculty members of the Department of English, along with the Head of the Department, Dr. Zakia Ahmed, were present on this occasion with the students of the department.

At first, the honorable moderators of the workshop, Dr. Mehnaz Tazeen Choudhury, Ms. Ismat Zarin, and Ms. Sharifa Akter, were presented with certificates of achievement. A total of 69 participants attended the workshop from University of Asia Pacific. The participants were divided into 16 groups, and from each group, the best performers were announced to take the certificates. Later in the program, other participants received certificates upon completion of the workshop.
