OIA Organizes a meeting with the Regional Advisors of Five Renowned Foreign Universities from UK and USA

The Office of International Affairs (OIA), University of Asia Pacific (UAP) organized a discussion session with the Regional Advisors of five foreign universities from UK and USA on august 16, 2022 at the VC’s conference room.

Amran Mofiz, Bangladesh Regional Adviser of University of Portsmouth (UK), Al Nahiyan, Assistant Regional Adviser, Nottingham Trent University (UK); Md. Monir Hossain, Assistant Regional Adviser, Ulster University (UK); SM Mohimainul Hoque, and the Regional Adviser of Trine University (USA) attended the meeting. Ms. Joydipa Chowdhury, Business Development Specialist, IN2Synergy; Mr. Shafiul Azam - Brand Manager, IN2Synergy and Mr. Nuray Alam, Project Coordinator, IN2Synergy were also present at the meeting.

Prof. Dr. Qumrul Ahsan, Vice Chancellor, UAP presided over the meeting while Prof. Dr. Md. Sultan Mahmud, Pro Vice Chancellor; Prof. Dr. M.A. Baqui Khalily, Dean, School of Business; Prof. Dr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Bhuiyan, Treasurer in-Charge and Dean, School of Medicine and Ms. Ismat Zarin, Director, OIA and Assistant Professor of English Department were present at the event.

The meeting discussed on the prospects and possibilities of exchanging academic programs, initiating dual programs between the universities and collaborating on other possible areas.
