UAP Law organizes Day-long Workshop on Research and Writing Skills

On the 10th and 11th of August 2022, the Department of Law and Human Rights of the University of Asia Pacific hosted a Day-Long Workshop on Research and Writing Skills at the UAP auditorium. Students attending the workshop were from the LL.B. (Honours) final year, the LLM final year, and the UMSAILS LLM final year (International) programs.


The workshop's purpose was to enable the participants to develop skills in areas such as research plan consistency, a logical trail of proposal writing, and development of theoretical framework. The workshop resource persons were: Mohammed Alauddin, PhD, Chairperson, Board of Trustees, University of Asia Pacific, Dr. Nahid Ferdousi, Professor, Bangladesh Open University, Dr. Nakib Muhammad Nasrullah, Professor, Department of Law, University of Dhaka, Dr. Muhammad Mahbubur Rahman, Professor, Department of Law, University of Dhaka, Sajia Sultana, Deputy Librarian, Central Library, University of Asia Pacific, and Mr. Dalowar Hossan, Ph.D. (Ongoing), MSc (Research), School of Business and Economics, University Putra Malaysia.

Following the workshop, participants were given a certificate of participation in Research and Writing Skills.
