Seminar on International Marketing, Fall 2022

Entrepreneurship and Career Development Club, Department of Pharmacy, UAP successfully organized a seminar on “Enter National to International” on 22nd March 2023 in Pharmacy Department. The keynote speaker of the seminar was Mr. Shams Ud Dowla, who is currently working as a senior business development associate in the international business division of Renata Limited. The seminar was joined by Dr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Bhuiyan, Dr. Irin Dewan, Dr. Mohd. Ashraful Islam, Dr. Mohammad Shahriar, Dr. Zabun Nahar, and other faculty members

The event started with a welcome speech by Prof. Dr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Bhuiya, Dean, School of Medicine. After that Dr. Irin Dewan, Head, Department of Pharmacy gave her speech where she thanked the guest and handed over a flower bouquet to him. She also thanked Ishrat Jahan, Club Convenor, and all the members of ECDC for organizing the seminar.

As the keynote speaker, Mr. Shams Ud Dowla shared his knowledge of international business development, sales, marketing, and some basics of corporate ethics. He also emphasized the necessity of local business before entering into international business. The seminar was very interactive with the participation of B. Pharm program students. The seminar ended with a question-and-answer session.
